Dance and Fitness

A 12-week Dance and Fitness programme for the Elderly! We're dancing for a Healthy Life!

Open to all, for a fee of GH¢ 120 as a flat rate for the 12 weeks, or for a weekly fee of GH¢ 15.

Starting on the 5th of September till the 29th of November, every Thursday and Friday at the School of Performing Arts Dance Studio, University of Ghana, Legon.
